Hi Folks just a heads up on an event I have been arranging as part of the OSHUG (Open Source Hardware Users Group) monthly meetups and talks.
On 21st March at BCS in London we are hosting an FPGA themed evening with talks and get together. I will be providing a talk about the current state of Open Source FPGA hardware, along with @daveshah who will be talking about the tools side in particular Symbiflow, NextPNR/Trellis along with the new ECP 5 chip family support that we are all so excited about.
It would be great to add others from the myStorm community to talk or just come along and meetup as it promises to be a good evening with some really interesting folk.
If you are working on FPGA projects using Opensource hardware (like BlackIce) and want to share that with others, please let me know either in this thread or DM me directly, we would consider full talks or lightning talks at this point, even if you just want to show us what your working on/building,.
I will post event details soon when the registration page is up, in the meantime let us know your thoughts..
