I now have top and bottom navigation in all pages.
There is more stuff in Resources, but it is not complete.
I still have work to do on a few pages such as Actuators, and STM32 Programming.
I was looking at the chapters I have missed out from the Blackice II version.
Are people interested in any of these:
- Cameras: Mainly about using the cheap OV7670 VGA camera.
- Logic Analysers. This was about Ice40LogicSniffer which would port easily to Blackice Mx
- RPI Header
- Direct Digital Synthesis
There were a couple of chapters on Lego Mindstorms Sensors and Grove sensors which I think I will drop. The Lego sensors are a bit esoteric and didn't work very well. Grove connectors are just a way to connect 4-pin analog, digital, i2c or serial sensors and are not that interesting in themselves.
There was a chapter on communication devices, which was about connecting Wifi and Bluetooth serial modules. As these are connected via a uart, there is not much to say about them. But having your FPGA devices respond to wireless commands is quite cool.
There was a chapter on Arduino but this would need to be different on the Blackice Mx as it has no Arduino headers connected to the STM32. I could do a section on Risc-V SaxonArduino when I get it working better.
There was a chapter on my Oscilloscope project that appeared on Hackaday. This too used the Arduino headers, so would have to be done differently on the Mx board. It really needs an LCD carrier board.
There was a chapter on High-level synthesis, which was really about a specific project that needed a lot of software installed to make it work, so I think I will drop that. Perhaps add a page on other interesting projects.
There was a Languages chapter about implementations of different programming languages that I don't think was very useful.
The chapter on BlackSoc, I replaced with one on PicoSoc, and I will add one on SaxonSoc.
